Breakfast is included. Although the breakfast is acceptable, there isn't much to choose from in the way of variety. The furniture is IKEA-ish at best, but again - functional. There is a TV in the 'living room' of the suite, and a small one in the bedroom. They do show some English programming (BBC News, Eurosport), but the vast majority of the programming is in Lithuanian, Polish, or Russian.
The shower is terrific, and everything in the bathroom seemed brand new.
I never saw another person on my floor. I gather the 5th floor is only suites, but I could be wrong on that.
The staff all speak some level of English. To be fair, I speak a little Lithuanian, so I don't know how a pure non speaker would fare here.
Overall, this really is a place meant for those visiting relatives nearby, or businesses in the business park across the street. It's absolutely 'fine' as a hotel, but not a lot more. Luxury travelers should stay away, but if you don't need extravagance, and don't need to be in the center, it's a solid option.
