Apologies for being a little late with this. It's just that with Gossip Girl and The Hills on the same night, we sometimes have to boot up the ol' DVR. Besides, it really takes additional views to grasp the depth of the characters.

Audrina was given some big responsibilities at work at Epic Records and assigned The White Tie Affair music showcase at The Hollywood Roosevelt. It's the band's first trip to LA and the label wants to pimp them out to "25 select kids that really love music."

Audrina's in charge of rounding up some music-loving kids and brings in her friends Lauren, Lo, and Stephanie. Funny because just last week Lauren called Audrina's music "weird."

They bob their heads at the mini-concert held in the hotel lobby (bet the guests loved that!) and then head outside for the after-party which was held poolside although you could only see the pool for a fraction of a second and even then it was mostly obscured.

Also, a lot of the afterparty footage seemed mysteriously indoors. Audrina successfully completes her duties, surprisingly us all with an actual job. That is, if a job is when you go out with pretty people, do some celebratory shots, and then jam to a hot, new band.

The hotel looked shnazzy enough. In true Hills fashion there were more exterior shots than anything good from inside, but it looks a bit ornate inside. We don't know much about music though, maybe showcases are supposed to be in well-lit ballrooms.
