Four Seasons Gridiron Getaway :: Because Only Half Of Us Are Totally Over Football

September 15, 2008 at 5:49 PM | by Jenna | 0 Comments

Over here at HC HQ, some of us are football fans. And -- suffice it to say -- some of us are really, really not. Consequently, the fans and the non-fans have resigned themselves to never talkin' sports with one another...and discussing some sort of a sports-themed jaunt to a hotel has always been out of the question.

Until now! Four Seasons has introduced the Gridiron Getaway Package, a surprisingly gender-neutral (yay! Thank you for not stereotyping!) that allows each of us to pick and choose the meaning of the package name. That is: one person may choose to go to a Four Seasons on a gridiron-themed getaway while the another goes to actually get away from the gridiron. Genius!

Offered in Four Seasons in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, New York, Philadelphia and Scottsdale, the first GG package is $200-295 per "football fatigued" person and includes:

-Spa treatment to eliminate any tension caused by wearing the wrong colors to the last tailgate
-Spa lunch-- the perfect beer and wings detox
-Use of spa facilities including saunas and whirlpools incase the game goes into overtime
-Football Survival "Kit" loaded with treats such as decadent spa products and rich chocolate truffles or other indulgent gifts

Yeah. That's what's up. For the sports fans in the house, they can go to The Four Seasons St. Louis on the other GG package during Ram football weekends:

-50.00 spa credit to remove any tension before kick off, or as treat for the dedicated significant other who tagged along
-Overnight accommodations to ensure a perfect night's sleep before kick off
-Football-themed amenity
-Game day parking

Hooray! Something for everyone! And, hey, Four Seasons? Thank you for not making this a girls vs. guys thing. Not all women hate football, and not all men are into it.
