But alas, it seems that the craftsmen behind this room concept didn't have their minds as deeply entrenched in the gutter as we do; the glass wall surrounding that treasure chest of a tub allows its auspicious soaker to view the plasma television in the bedroom.
And the gossamer curtains? A "color and texture inspired by earth elements and human emotions." Need we mention that lust is a human emotion?
Maxim Magazine also pegged the Glenn Hotel as a celebration of sexual tension, since the magazine opened its first restaurant, Maxim Prime Steakhouse, at the hotel this year. Restaurateur Jeffrey Choworow of China Grill Management is overseeing this first of several Maxim Prime locations.
But the hotel has one other sweet spot that cinches its standing as an authentic boutique hotel: the rooftop bar. The open-air sipping station, its sweeping city views and cool cocktails is undoubtedly the spot where Atlanta's sophisticate set go for a Carrie Bradshaw moment.
