Speaking of Beijing, 25 Degrees Burger Bar Opens in Hotel G

If you didn't already know, HotelChatter has a thang for hotel burgers. And oh how we wish we were headed to Beijing for the Olympics. 'Cuz if we were we would have to stay at the new designer hotel, Hotel G, which just opened a 25 Degrees Burger Bar inside.

25 Degrees is already one of our fave hotel burger shops in the U.S. as it's part of the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. And it sounds like Hotel G will have the exact same look:

Leading directly off the hotel lobby, the striking venue is playfully designed in the same quirky style as its upscale namesake at the iconic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, renowned amongst Tinseltown's smart set for the `best burgers in Los Angeles'. Plush designer interiors feature a long red, Murano glass-tiled bar, oversized leather winged-chairs, Tom Dixon-designed copper lighting, a silver gypsum ceiling and red floral print on satin wallpaper.

What is new is the creation of some Asian sauces like Hainan black pepper, Kung Pao spicy and sesame ginger which will be implemented both in Beijing and LA.

The Hotel G just opened last month and is considered the hotel for hip travelers. Room rates start at around $150 a night.
