Hotel Re-Opening Rate for the Hotel Shangri-La

The long-awaited renovations to the Hotel Shangri-La , an icon along Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica since 1939, are almost complete. The hotel is expecting to soft-open on October 10th and is already offering introductory rates of $265 a night for a deluxe ocean view room. A one-bedroom ocean view suite is going for $345.

The renovations pretty much happened from top to bottom and also include the addition of a restaurant, rooftop bar, and elevated pool. However, these will be open a little bit later in November.

The intro rates are good from October 10 to December 31st and blackout dates of Nov. 5 - 12 apply. Go online to book.
