The DNC is Like Christmas for Hotel Monaco Guests

If you're staying at the Hotel Monaco in Denver for the DNC next week, you're in for a a 5-day holiday in which you receive little Kimpton/Monaco-themed presents every night during turndown! Hooray!

Spoiler alert: we got wind of some details of the amenity extravaganza that's planned for Monaco guests, so if you don't want to spoil some of the surprises -- stop reading now.

For everyone else, we present to you "The Five Nights of the DNC" (to the tune of "The Twelve Days of Christmas," obvi -- in chronological order and without the annoying repeats. Work with us here, people).

On the first night of the DNC, Kimpton will give to thee: some gifties that are rock-and-roll themed.

On the second night of the DNC, Kimpton will give to thee: a custom-produced special CD.

On the third night of the DNC, Kimpton will give to thee: pencils recycled from blue jeans. (*Also: a bookmark that can be planted in the ground to grow flowers).

On the fourth night of the DNC, Kimpton will give to thee: dog toys courtesy of Hercules. [The Monaco dog].

On the fifth night of the DNC, Kimpton will give to thee: a package of locally-baked sweets.

We will wait for the fan letters to pour in. We know, we know: we are expert lyricists. If any hotel chain needs someone to pen a theme song...we're your girls. Well, we can probably at least do better than "We Belong." We're looking at you, Sheraton.
