Audrina Patridge Gives Us One More Reason to Hate "Do Not Disturb" Before It Airs
Remember that new show about a "swanky hotel" we told you about a couple of weeks ago?
To remind you: Jerry O'Connell stars as a hotel General Manager opposite Niecy Nash, who plays a Human Resources Director, in Do Not Disturb, a sitcom set in a trendy NYC hotel. We thought it didn't look too promising or even really particularly funny or interesting -- plus, as we found with Welcome to the Parker, shows about hotels are at high-risk for becoming suckfests.
But now we're elevating that "high risk for sucking" watch to a "canceled after 2 episodes" warning because we hear Audrina Patridge (yes, the one from The Hills) is set to guest star.
Ah, well. It's about time someone gave Audrina an opportunity to show off her comedic acting skills. The Daily Blabber had the scoop:
"[The show] takes place in New York City at a swanky hotel," Aud wrote on her blog. "I will be playing a guest checking into the hotel and I am going to film my scenes sometime next week! I think Jerry O'Connell is hysterical (have you guys seen his video on that Web site FunnyorDie!?) and I can't wait to meet Niecy!"
Oh, you'd better believe you're going to get a full review from us the moment this thing premieres.
