The Ryan Mansion Inn has an old staircase that was built by the same craftsmen who built the Titanic's grand staircase (although the evidence for this, they admit, is only circumstantial).
But when you're on a good thing--or at least, a marketable thing--stick to it. Ryan Mansion is really going for the Titanic market (who knew there was one?) with "Titanic-themed getaways", including six-course meals replicating the actual last meal served on the ship. (We hope that what happens after dinner doesn't replicate what happened on the ship).
It looks pretty grand and all, and presumably is also a decent place to stay even if you're not obsessed with the Titanic. Doubles start from C$185 including breakfast. If you use their website to book click and type quickly so the music doesn't drive you insane.
