HotelChatter: Why not?
Unknown man: Because we like to make life difficult for you. That is all I can tell you now. Goodbye. [Flees]
HotelChatter: [Closes door with frustration] Damn those wily hoteliers! Who could it be? We know Tishman helped Westin develop The Westin New York Times Square, so it's unlikely the brand would put up another property in such close proximity. They're not Starbucks. Perhaps it's Sheraton, which Tishman developed The Walt Disney World Dolphin with?
Or could it be Hilton Hotels who are looking to spice up their image? Then again, with something as kooky as theater space in a hotel I would have to throw Kimpton Hotels' hat in the ring as well. But how can I know for sure?!

Psst. That's your cue. Any idea which "four-and-a-half-star international operator" might be looking to develop in the Theater District? Let us know.
