Hotel Solamar Denies World's Most Lovable Stoner His Weed

Lazy stoner Actor who plays lazy stoners in various Judd Apatow films, Seth Rogen, was chillin' on the rooftop of the Hotel Solamar in San Diego during a party celebrating the premiere of his new movie, Pineapple Express.

True to form, he relaxed and enjoyed some herbal refreshments (a joint) at the Maxim-hosted shindig and he expected nobody to care.

Really, it makes sense that he'd go for it. It's a Kimpton hotel -- and Kimpton literally welcomes cute and cuddly sloths with open arms. And a baked Seth Rogen is probably a somewhat similar creature, no? We don't see what the problem would be.

But, unfortunately, no deal. Page Six reports:

Spies said he was smoking a funny-smelling hand-rolled cigarette. One onlooker said, "He was told to put it out immediately or leave."

Oh come on, people. It's just a little marijuana; it's not like he's getting anyone pregnant. Plus, hello, it's Seth Rogen. Frankly, we'd be disappointed to hear he wasn't smoking weed. Let a brotha live.
