Although there's no gaming at the newly (partially) opened The Chelsea in Atlantic City, it's a safe bet they will peak a lot of curiosity with their new solar-powered rolling chairs.

The solar rollers are manufactured by Royal Rolling Chairs, the chairs will feature three light-up panels that are visible four to five blocks away. Also included on the chairs will be a dock for iPods and heated seats for when there's a nip in the air or when you need to sweat away the hangover from the night before.

90 percent of the power required for the chairs is generated via solar panels attached to the body.  This seems like a risky move to us, giving guests the right to roll around on $7500 pieces of equipment up and down the AC boardwalk, but what do we know?

Going green is an ace-in-the-hole any way you play it these days for some people; hopefully those people vacation on Jersey shore this year.
