HotelChatter || Omni Hotels Unveil Their Own Summer Cocktails

Gotta love a hotel chain whose priority is cocktails. Big, big thumbs up to Omni Hotels for bringing out their Summer Swizzles, a special menu of four new cocktails being featured over the summer season.

Sadly, we've totally missed the Pomegranate Margarita which featured through most of the month of June. But there are three more to try.

until July 12, you can try the Zentini, an odd-sounding mix of vodka, green tea liqueur and white cranberry juice (sorry, we didn't know there are white cranberries?), and July 13 to August 2 offers the Pyrat Reserve Tea--not the sexiest name for a cocktail we've ever heard but it's got rum, Cointreau, sweet and sour and Coke.

But our favorite, we think, is the final cocktail of the season, featuring nearly all through August: the Cadillac Margarita. A cool name is a good start, and it includes Herradura Silver tequila, Cointreau, Grand Marnier and fresh lemon and lime juice.

Yep, mouth is watering for that already, but we have to wait until Omnis start making them in August. Or we could just peep into our own liquor cabinet now ...
