Good news for Hyatt Gold Passport members: from now until September 1st, when you stay at a participating Hyatt Resort, you'll get a free extra night plus 5,000 Gold points as part of the Sunshine on Sale Package.

Unfortunately, there are some vague restrictions - like an unspecified "minimum stay" that varies depending on the property. But make sure you ask about that minimum stay before you book, and they'll credit you for one night at checkout if you qualify.

Make sure to use offer code SUM5K when you make your reservation, which you can do fairly easily at Hyatt's sleek new Summer Getaway site (although, again, make sure to check on that minimum stay). While you're over there, it probably wouldn't hurt to enter to win a $15,000 Hyatt gift card either.
