Vegas visitors, listen up: The SushiSamba restaurant inside the Palazzo Las Vegas is now open for business.
After a few delays, the first West Coast restaurant of the Brazilian/Japanese/Peruvian fusion fare chain is taking orders starting tonight. As we told you a few months ago:
The restaurant spans 14,000 square and seats 150 people including a 21-person sushi bar and a main bar that can accommodate 35 people. Executive Chef Jose Mendin will be in the kitchen, coming from SushiSamba dromo in Miami.
Unfortunately, the nightclub, SugarCane, will not be open until sometime in early August.
