So, the room: she stayed in a suite and she mentioned it had sort of a weird layout which resulted in water from the shower going places it shouldn't have (later she learned it was due to the V-shape of the building), but she skips over any details about the bed or whether or not the noise outside affected her sleepytime.
Unfortunately, the WSJ writer wasn't able to score a table at the super-popular, trendy eatery CityZen (we're surprised she didn't bust out with "do you know who I AM?" but whatever), so she settled for a fairly unremarkable but decent meal at the hotel's other restaurant, Cafe Mozu -- "the place where hotel guests that can't get into CityZen have to go."
We didn't really get any overall impressions of the hotel from her column; though it wasn't exactly a glowing review, she seemed to have a fairly pleasant experience -- but maybe we're just reading it that way 'cause it's Friday.
Then again, with rates starting at $235, you should probably be getting something more than just "fairly pleasant", right?
