The boys over at Thrillist took their party skills to Las Vegas for 36-hours, partnering up with JetBlue to fly a planeload of bloggers as a way to promote their newest email newsletter edition, Thrillist Las Vegas.

After a flight of in-flight WiFi on the BetaBlue plane, the bloggers landed in Sin City and checked into The Mirage.

The nighttime festivities kicked off at Bare, the topless pool (where Julia Allison made an appearance...in a dress.) Then late night, the group headed to JET at the Mirage where they held down a VIP room.

We stopped in for an hour but it was clear we had not had enough to drink to hang with the kids. And since after two rounds of $31 drinks, we were still not buzzed we decided to head back to our room at the Wynn by 2am. Hey, leave us alone. We were like a good five years older than the average age at the party and we're married. And we get up before 6am daily.

Yet if only Thrillist had planned it a day later (Saturday), then they would have witnessed Britney Spears at Bare (clothed thankfully.) Oh yeah, and maybe they wouldn't have been diverted to Rochester because of bad storms near JFK. Then again, being on a plane with in-flight WiFi, free drinks and a fortune teller, a diversion may not be so bad after all.
