So...the latest news or should I say "Inside news" from the dusty,narrow and loud with construction hallways/rooms trenches of the famed Titanic survivors resting corner.
According to HPD investigators the Riverview Eric & Sean could very well still be shut down if the Affidavits of Non-Harrasement are found valid enough by a  City Judge!!!!
there"s the well known case of the "Lady with the dog issue" that they are trying to evict/kick out of the building by illegal means.
another case is the continued "creative harrasement" from the Manager: Ernest Vago and  new  part owners: Eric & Sean against the top floor tenants of the six floor by directly exposing them to heavy non-stop cigarrete smoke from a filthy,unhealthy chronic smoker on that same floor 7 days a week for the last 2 1/2 years or more, they knowingly and willingly never did anything to erradicate this "human cesspool" of  filth and toxins from the floor exp[osing the other tenants well over 3,750 hours to second hand non-filter smoke, Body odor ( due to tenant never ever taking a shower or ever cleaned his room in the last 5 years).
A  Housing Court Judge ruled last week against the "sixth floor tenant" based on the testimony, NY State Health Commisioner investigations, HPD findings and Riverview"s contempt of Judge's orders issued on April 15th 2008.
 to remove/evict tenant in room # 622.  10 days to  vacate premises from the signed order 5/30/2008.
So you see my ear friends...Riverview keeps loosing and getting their not so pretty butts kicked really hard!!

This comment represents and speaks for all the tenants of "the jane hotel" formally known as the " hotel riverview". Only a small percent of us are left after a year of major harassment consisting of construction,bed bugs,rats and mice. sean macphearson and eric goode do not have any regards for humane rights and that is a fact. We have had to live with that fact,but not for long
