Hmm... no clue. But I heart Mandy Moore so any place she digs, I dig too.

Wherever it is, Budget Travel editor Erik Torkells probably hates it.

wow if torkells thinks the wynn is tacky I wonder what he thinks about Excalibur!! I think there are certain hateable parts of las vegas. For me its all the tattoos on display and the airplane ride home which is always awful. If you arent hungover then you've lost all your money. Sounds like torkells probably got fleeced at the blackjack tables!!

Yet I love vegas for what it has besides gambling. For us west coasters or anyone not near NYC, the dining and entertainment like broadway musicals and cirque soleil shows are great to checkout. Plus the shopping is unreal. But we're not sure ET is into all that. He should probably go downtown to old las vegas. Thats way more gritty.

Eric Torkell sounds like he's getting a little too cynical these days... or broke. Maybe a little perturbed the Wynn snubbed his publication and he could only get comped at the Travelodge on the strip? I'm just sayin... It is BUDGET travel, not VALUE... which is far more important. For instance, the Wynn has a fabulous deal right now for $199 per night with a $100 resort credit! BEAT THAT.
