It's only been a few weeks since the Palazzo Las Vegas fully opened but we decided to check-out what the folks on TripAdvisor are saying about Sin City's newest casino hotel.

As is expected from a new hotel, there have been some hiccups. Some guests report key cards not working properly, others report some unfinished room amenities like a mini-bar with no drinks and holes in the wall. But for the most part, people liked the Palazzo and were very understanding of these minor glitches.

One thing that stands out are the complaints about having to use the Canyon Ranch Spa in the Venetian. Several reviewers complained about the spa experience (which we ourselves loved so much two years ago.) Here's one guest's take on it:

Took us probably 1/2 hour to find out were the Venetian spa was located. The service of the Venetian Grand Canyon was terrible. The staff in the spa were so loud. They were talking to each other making loud jokes, pulling merchandise from boxes and then crushing the empty boxes with their feet.
People go to a spa to relax. I was very disturbed by the incident. The spa showers were terrible. They could upgrade at least the shower heads.

The Palazzo will unveil a newer larger version of the Canyon Ranch Spa inside the Palazzo but guests will have to wait until Spring before they can use it.
