The Vegas Hard Rock Hotel and Casino might have been having some computer glitches pre-Super Bowl, but now they're ready to throw their rooms at you for enticingly cheap rates. The Hard Rock gang are suggesting that a break in their hotel could make a good winter getaway to escape any snowstorms or cold snaps you might be experiencing, and they're trying to make it worth your while with room rates starting from $79.
Having a look at the available bookings, it seems like the $79 rate applies for Mountain View rooms on a few days here and there: February 6 and 7, for example, if you're real quick, or Tuesday, February 19, or March 23 and 24. The rest of the time the minimum rate fluctuates all over the place, with weekend night stays hovering around the $300 mark.
The Hard Rock is also promoting its new restaurant, Ago, recently launched by LA restaurateur Agostino Sciandri. They're serving Tuscan-style Italian food every evening and have plenty of Italian wine to go with it. We checked the menu and they have two of our favorites, Tiramisú and Panna Cotta, on the dessert menu, so we give it the thumbs up.
