Capella Pedregal Well Underway, Shooting for November Open

Where: Camino Del Mar, 1, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Last we heard, the Capella Pedregal was on track for a "Fall 2008" opening. (And construction was well underway.) Now we hear that the 66-room hotel part of the property will start taking guests in November.

While it'll probably be a bit of a soft open, many amenities will be ready to go. (So they say.) Among them are 61-foot yachts available for charter and the Auriga spa.

You'll have to be a guest to get all the goods though; the resort sits outside Cabo San Lucas and is only accessible via private tunnel. Swanky!
