All-Access Nightlife Pass at The Borgata on New Year's Eve

[UPDATE:Some bad news for hotel guests; some good news for the economy---the Rock Star Package at the Borgata is sold-out!]
If the economy's got you feeling low, here's a way to boost yourself back up. The Borgata promises if you ring in 2009 at their hotel, casino and spa on Wednesday night that they will treat you like a Rock Star.
The hotel's Rock Star package sounds pretty sweet. It includes one-night in a classic room, breakfast for two at the Metropolitan restaurant and the clincher--an All-Access Nightlife pass which includes a VIP table for two at the MIXX club with a bottle of Veuve Cliquot Champagne. You will also get two signature margaritas at the low-key Gypsy Bar and admission for two at the intimate lounge spot mur.mur.
The package costs $1,525 a night which is definitely more than we would spend on New Year's Eve but some people might want the extra velvet-rope attention. A cheaper alternative is the Borgata's Resolution package which includes a one-night stay in a classic room and a $200 dining credit for SeaBlue, a Michael Mina restaurant.
Currently, regular rooms are sold-out at the Borgata so to book these special packages call the hotel directly at 1-888-My-Borgata.
