RH will be about simple elegance, freshness and conviviality. RH will be a smart yet informal neighborhood restaurant.
French-trained Sebastien Archambault leads as chef of RH. His credentials include several Michelin star-rated restaurants, and mentoring and training with Alain Ducasse, Jean-Francois Rouquette, and Guy Savoy.
Chef Archambault will pursue a deeply local, “market to table” philosophy combining his international training with the freshest seasonal ingredients: perfect execution and integrity of ingredients is at the core of his cooking style.
The RH restaurant, designed by architect and interior designer Hal Goldstein, will seat about a 100 guests at communal and private tables. The materials used sound rough--metal, stone and glass along with some fabric--but the restaurant promises "warmth and intimacy" and will celebrate the love of the neighborhood.
Room rates start at $295 for an A1 King room.
