Fortunately, you don’t have to be a high roller or a VIP to take this train - tickets will be available to the general public starting at $50 a seat for coach or $75 for a first class ticket. Coach passengers will be relegated to the bottom of the train and have access to food and drink kiosks, whereas First Class passengers will have roomier seats and have servers taking orders at their seats. There is even a private lounge available for rent on the train to allow for a group of four to start a little pre-casino ruckus without bothering the other passengers.

Once you arrive in Atlantic City, free shuttle service will be provided, dropping off the passengers at the Borgata, Harrah's or Caesars. And shh - don't tell the conductors, but if you don't want to go to those three casinos, take the shuttle anyway and just walk to where you want to go.

If feedback and demand warrants it, the ACES may even expand to a 7-day-a-week service down the road. We hope demand is high enough that the service becomes a daily thing, but ACES hasn't mentioned anything about it yet. Meanwhile, we can take comfort in knowing that while Atlantic City may be down, it’s definitely not out!
