Katherine Heigl and TR Knight Spotted at Palomar Westwood's BLVD 16

It always makes us smile when celebs seem to have the same sort of relationship as their on-screen characters (and makes us sad when on and offscreen couples break up offscreen and continue to play out the relationship on screen because we can almost feel the awkwardness). Luckily, despite the on-again, off-again on-screen friendshippy-relationship between TR Knight and Katherine Heigl — who play drama-addled BFF's Izzie and George on ABC's Grey's Anatomy — the two actors were spotted having dinner together in L.A. at Hotel Palomar's restaurant BLVD 16.

According to People.com, they were dining with Heigl's mother and her husband Josh Kelley:

"The group looked to be having a great time," says an onlooker. Heigl, in red, order mac and cheese, while others in her group ate sashimi.

She has a gay BFF and she eats mac and cheese! She's just like us! No word on anyone's cocktail choices, but we're sure someone was drinking something festive.
