Some bite-sized Miami Hotel Mambo info for ya!

While the Epic Hotel managed to open on time today, the Riviera South Beach has pushed back its date again. This time we've been told the hotel will open up just "days before" New Year's Eve.

We are taking reservations for New Year's Eve ... one bedroom suites with complete kitchens and living rooms, the perfect pre-party spot!!

Let's just hope indeed this hotel opens in time for New Year's Eve. That would be a shame to have your trip and hotel all set for Miami only to have the hotel cancel at the last minute. Online reservations were not available but room rates start around $205 for the one-bedroom suites.

Meanwhile, also going on in Miami today is the W South Beach Talent Show. It's being held from 1 to 5pm today and interviewees not only have the chance to apply for a W hotel job but they can enter in a Guitar Hero contest to kill the wait time.

And it wouldn't be a Miami Hotel Mambo round-up without a celeb sighting, now would it? According to E! Online, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were spotted at the new club inside the Gansevoort South.

Afterward, the pals were escorted straight to Louis, a new French-inspired club at the Ganesvoort Hotel South on Miami Beach, where they relaxed, smiled, held hands and texted. They arrived about 2:30 a.m. and stayed a couple of hours.

The duo barely stayed at the hotel, flying in late Saturday and leaving again early Sunday A.M. We have it on authority from our spies in Los Angeles that Lindsay Lohan needed to get back to her DUI class to fill out some paperwork. Glad to see she could fit in a jaunt to Miami while the rest of us were just sitting on our couches being boring.

Anything on the W South Beach hotel lately ? I haven't had time to visit the area, but it should be opening soon... right ?
