Finalmente! We have picked a hotel in Buenos Aires for our Jaunted editor Paul Brady to review.

As you know, Paul has been kicking it in BA for a few months now and has thoughtfully offered up his services for a hotel review. Much like we did with our Paris hotel, we decided to leave the power in your hands.

While the Faena Hotel + Universe was a clear winner, our budget simply could not afford it. (Rates were at about $495 a night.)

Yet, thanks to Kelley who wrote in a suggestion to us, we have now found the Moreno Lofts. Here's what Kelly originally wrote to us:

On my past two trips to Buenos Aires, I have stayed at the Hotel Moreno. I love it! The rooms are like small Soho lofts.

Indeed when we skipped over to the website to check out the rooms, not only did we find spacious accommodations but totally budget-friendly ones as well. An extra large room with either a king bed or two double beds started at $175 a night and that includes free WiFi. Sweet. We can't wait for the full review next week.

    BA - Apt vs. Hotel

Comming from the US, with exchange rates in our favor (pretty rare these days).... while in BA, we rented a great 1 bedroom apartment for about $300/week!  Great location right in Recoletta.

While $175 a night for a nice hotel is a great deal for NYC standards...have you thought about comapring the APT vs. Hotel options - as the APT can be so cheap?

    jsut a thought....thanks.
