Here’s the lowdown on a few of the spa’s new treatments, all designed to give guests that special youthful glow:
· The DermaLucent Phototherapy treatment, which incorporates exposure to an LED device. Light jumpstarts collagen production and smoothes fine lines and wrinkles, working wonders on wrinkly faces. This is actually a Kate Somerville-branded treatment, she who checks on the face of stars like Nicole Richie and Molly Sims. Kate has a partnership with Four Seasons Spas.
· The Seaside Escape body treatment, another service from Kate, which reduces pesky inches by “detoxifying and stimulating the metabolic system.”
· Kissed by the Sun, which is exactly what it sounds like: fake bronzing done with BABOR products, without the risk of sun spots. BABOR products are also used in numerous other treatments at the spa.
Plus, the spa’s Willow room offers a retreat for dandy lads who like their hot towel shaves and manicures done in privacy (and accompanied by a flat-screen TV and traditional barber chair). Oh Florida, you rarely let us down.
Massages start at $150, body treatments at $180 and 50-minute facials at $140. For the complete list of services and prices, go here.
