We tried to think of a dozen clever intros to this story but we just have to give it you straight. Everything you love about luxury have joined forces to create the fiercest automobile yet.

The Four Seasons George V in Paris, Hermes and Rolls Royce have announced the world's only Hermes-inspired Rolls Royce Phantom. The luxury car was custom-made to the hotel's specifications, which includes Hermes-customized upholstery and accessories.

Two tones of warm grey were chosen for the outside: anthracite and titanium, and a deep rose leaf grey was selected for the entirely leather-clad interior. Key elements of the automobile, such as the steering wheel, and the console for passengers, were added in Hermes gold "Taurillon Plume" calfskin to complement the grey interior.

And if you didn't know, Hermes is THE only luxury leather goods worth buying.

The interior also sports a "starlight headliner": a canopy of 800 lights on the roof liner so guests can enjoy their own lights while driving through the city of lights. And for those of you who are sticklers for authenticity, the car was hand built in the Rolls Royce warehouse in Goodwood, England and the interior accessories were built by the expert Hermes craftsmen. (Have you read Deluxe? Those experts are serious.)

The lucky man to put this all together was Jeff Leathem, the hotel's in-house Artistic Director who selected the color theme, which is to represent the hotel's personality. The car is also a celebration the hotel's 80th anniversary.

If you can afford it, this is an experience not to be missed. When we turn 80, we want a ride in the car through Paris. Add it to our bucket list!

The Hermes-inspired Rolls Royce is available for pick up, day trips or to look good at business meetings in Paris. Simple book with the concierge. Prices start at €3800 for day trips (about $4,912 depending upon exchange rate) and €750 (about $969) for airport pick-up. The service is only available for hotel guests.

    How many did they order?

Interesting to compare to the 14 Phantoms bought by the Peninsula Hong Kong:
