Located on EPIC's 29th and 30th floors are club level rooms and suites, and a club lounge. Club level guests have exclusive access to a private lounge that offers a concierge, television and culinary delights throughout the day, including complimentary continental breakfast, mid-morning and afternoon light fare and refreshments, evening hors d'oeuvres and a private evening wine hour.
The Kimpton tradition on wine-tasting in the lobbies from 5pm to 6pm will be in effect here as will the pet-friendly program and WiFi in-rooms for guests. There will be several restaurants and lounges and a pool on the 16th floor, but the Exhale spa will open in Spring 2009.
Rates start at $399 a night. Yet we found rates for January 1-3 going for a pricey amount of $489. There is a deal going offering guests who stay more than three nights 20 percent off. But considering that the Mondrian is offering an introductory rate of $195, we just think that's a bit too high of a price to command from guests in a recession.
