Hard Rock San Diego Hosts Mass Same-Sex Wedding

This past Saturday, one hundred lesbian couples tied the knot officially at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego.  Whoo hoo!

It was the largest same-sex wedding event in the history of the city, co-sponsored by both Hard Rock and Olivia, a company that "provides entertainment-infused travel for lesbians."  (This was only days after Melissa Etheridge agreed to work with The Hard Rock to promote Breast Cancer Awareness Month).

But lest you think that all these brides assembled in one room to exchange vows, the company and hotel performed each ceremony individually - for five straight hours.

Afterwards there was a massive reception party, and then the whole gang took off for a honeymoon cruise down to the Mexican Riviera.
