Get this. (You're going to hate these guys, we do.) Omni Hotels' culinary team traveled to France to experience the "local flavors" and cooking techniques in order to bring the authentic experience back to their guests. They visited Paris, Burgundy, Lyon and Avignon to immerse themselves in the traditions of French cooking, wine and culture.
And how can they not sample the vin? The group also visited more than 10 wineries, discovered the secrets of cheese-making and trained at the renowned Valrhona École du Chocolat in Tain l'Hermitage. In case you don't speak French, that last bit said chocolate.
Are we right? You hate them now, don't you?
