Mondrian South Beach Now Opening on December 1st with $195 Room Rates

Ok, disregard what we said yesterday about the Mondrian South Beach opening around Christmas. We just got official word from the hotel that the new opening date is December 1st. Yay! And even better, the hotel is offering a special introductory rate of $195 a night until February 28, 2009.

This may sound too good to be true but it's for real. However, the introductory rate is on a "limited supply basis." We plugged in a Dec. 1-3 stay online and $195 room rate popped up for the first night. The second night jumped up to $310.
