London Hotels Shaking (Not Stirring) It Up With James Bond Packages

While the hype here in the States hasn't been as serious as what we imagine to be happening across the pond (yet), the new James Bond flick, Quantum of Solace, is set to debut in the UK on Friday and here in American theaters on November 14th -- the same year as the 100th anniversary of Bond author Ian Fleming's birth.

The International Herald Tribune rounded up a few hotels in London that are going all out with Bond-themed deals to celebrate both his creator and the release of the 22nd film about the suave, sexy British Bond (some of them lavish enough for JB himself).

· The Dukes Hotel was once a regular hangout spot for Bond writer Ian Fleming, and has been offering a “Bond About Town" Package all year in honor of the 100th anniversary of Fleming's birth. For 450 (for two), you'll score a Martini Master Class with the manager of the bar, a Miss Moneypenney Manicure/Pedicure (for her) and a WetShave with hot towels and a massage at Truefitt & Hill (for him).

· Over at the Ritz London, the James Bond Experience (starting at 660 pounds) offers two tickets to the Imperial War Museum's Ian Fleming exhibition, a pre-dinner cocktail in the Rivoli Bar, a four-course dinner for two in The Ritz Restaurant, complimentary membership to The Ritz Club and a room with English breakfast the following morning.

· Brown's Hotel offers an Ian Fleming Centenary package starting at 315 pounds for two, including one night in a room, full English breakfast, tickets to the Imperial War Museum's Ian Fleming exhibition, two specially created Bond cocktails in The Donovan Bar, a copy of Sebastian Faulk's new James Bond Novel 'Devil May Care' and free gym use.

Hardcore Bond fans only. The rest of you can just go see the movie.
