The whole shebang is scheduled for completion in 2014. If you're not worried about yacht parking, then 2010 or so should be good to check out the world's first Ferrari theme park and F1 hotel.

Beginning in November of next year, their Yas Island development will host the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on a spanking new race track, complete with the world's first F1 trackside hotel. Banish all thoughts of Motel 6, because this hot property will be kitted-out with top amenities, including yacht parking and views directly into and along the race course.
On days when you're not enjoying a live Formula One race from the comfort of your bed, Yas Island boasts a Ferrari theme park, Warner Brothers theme park, water park, multiple marinas, golf courses and of course, malls. In case you simply cannot bear to part with the exhaust and want only to live out your days in the company of the Ferrari brand, then you'll be thrilled to know that Yas Island includes whole apartment and condominium developments.
