How to get your new hotel on the map, even if it's still under construction -- the One thing, though. Not to be picky, but we couldn't help noticing what FWD says of the hotel:
Despite being still under construction, the hotel managed to impress a number of the stars who will no doubt be decamping from the Gramercy Park Hotel. Who wouldn't want to take a dip in a pool with a Warhol self-portrait displayed on the bottom?
Actually, we'd love to take a dip in such a pool. Except, um, we can't. We just called the hotel to confirm, and we were told that not only is construction on the pool not finished yet, but it probably won't be open for guest use until next summer cause it's gettin' chilly up in here.
But whatever. At least Madonna has been within the Thompson LES's walls. That's a good start.
