We asked for Fashion Week Hotel news and we got some. The Hotel Chelsea is apparently the headquarters for John Varvatos during the fashion festivities. Our tipster writes in:

The company's big players are camping out at the legendary hotel hoping to draw on the history and atmosphere over the next week.

If you're a big John Varvatos fan (his kicks for Converse are a big hit), you may want to check this place out. But be warned: The long-standing tenants and supporters of the old Hotel Chelsea won't be happy.  Here's what they  had to say about the recent filming of "Make Me a Supermodel" at the hotel.
