If underdressed flight attendants get Ryanair some attention, why shouldn't hot hotelier André Balazs do the same? Some of the foxiest Balazs employees--from Standard Hotels in Hollywood, LA and Miami Beach--appear in a new 2008 desktop calendar.

All the shoots happened in the psychologist's office set seen above. And, yep, the calendar is as sexed up as you'd expect, says the New York Observer:

[One blurb reads] "This former art dealer has a mind for business and a body for something else entirely"...[Another says] "After the late night shenanigans, she needs to lock into lotus pose and remember to breathe."

As if you needed more reasons to check it out: All 12 of hotties go so far as to have the appropriate Zodiac sign for their month.
