More Trouble for Trump: A Fatal Accident at Trump Soho

Donald Trump needs to start paying closer attention to his properties these days. While he's had difficulty getting the Trump Chicago to open, there was trouble brewing in New York.

A fatal accident happened yesterday afternoon at the Trump Soho involving a construction worker. One man was killed and three others were injured when the wooden scaffolding they were standing on collapsed.

Now Curbed is reporting that a stop order has been issued at the site which has had several violations in the past, including a recent citation from Jan. 4 which said the site failed to provide inspectors with a safety site log and was storing materials too close to the edge of the 39th floor.

No word on how long the construction will be stopped but we don't expect this hotel to open on time.
