Hotels Out to Please Uncle Pennybags

Looks like Steve Case's $800 million Costa Rican ultra-luxe resort Cacique isn't the only ultra-fancy hotel set to open in the next few years. TIME magazine is reporting that these days super-luxury is the new luxury:
These are the places at which you can call a hotel butler in the morning, say, "I need a helicopter at 3 o'clock," and actually get one.
Not that you'll want to leave. The new Capella Hotels, which so far are open in Ireland and Austria, have more amenities than you can use. The Hotel Fouquet's Barriere Paris will ask ahead of time what kind of schwag you want in your room and go over-the-top when you check in.
Of course, all this luxury will cost you: The Capella Castlemartyr's presidential suite goes for $3,750 a night.
