Inside the Venetian's Newly Renovated Suites
[Ed. Note: We are kicking it in Las Vegas for a few days so this is probably the first of several posts about the hotel scene in Sin City.]

We spent Saturday night at our old stand-by The Venetian. This time we were placed in the Venetzia Tower where we have never stayed before. But we wished we had stayed in the main tower. Our friend was put on the 10th floor there in one the newly renovated suites and they are pretty spectacular.
For starters, there are two flat-screend TVs in the main room and a tiny one in the bathroom. There's also remote-controlled blinds and a large sectional sofa that would be great for pre or after parties. The suite, which is a regular-sized room for the hotel, is huge as our friend lamented that the space was bigger than her apartment.
But we thought it was interesting to note that the rooms have a bit of an Asian influence. Perhaps the popularity of the Tao restaurant and nightclub is taking over the Venetian?
