Blue Ribbon Sushi Inside Six Columbus Set to Open October 1st

Blue Ribbon Sushi is just beyond these doors.

Grub Street is reporting that the Blue Ribbon sushi place inside the eternally unopened Six Columbus will open its doors to customers on October 1st.

Seeing that a Grub Street photographer confirmed the restaurant's opening date, we will tentatively say that we believe that Blue Ribbon may open then. But we certainly don't expect that opening date to ring true for the actual hotel.

Omg we just had a scary thought---what will we do when Six Columbus actually opens? Oh wait never mind. There's still this and this and this to look forward to.
