Yesterday Donald Trump revealed the long-awaited renderings for his "Trump Hole" aka Trump Soho Hotel.

Curbed was on the scene at the Donald's press conference where he showed off the David Rockwell renderings of his newest condo-hotel. Additionally, all the interiors were done by Fendi Casa. (Um, Fendi Casa, really?)

So what can you expect? For starters, every developer likes to show respect for the neighborhoods they trample on by building some sort of public park. So the Donald's got that going for him. Also, there will be a rooftop pool and bar scene on what looks like the third or fourth floor, and a huge high-ceiling lobby. Oh yeah and a private members-only club on the 46th floor called "SoHi".

Looking at the renderings of the rooms/suites, it looks like each room will have floor to ceiling windows as well as floor to ceiling marble in the bathrooms. All in all it looks pretty interesting except for the Fendi Casa part.

Meanwhile, if you want to buy a unit here just remember you can only have it 120 days out of the year.
