Through August 31, guests get free parking and a $10 Shell gas card at four Personality Hotels: Hotel Metropolis, Hotel Union Square, Kensington Park Hotel and The Maxwell Hotel.
With parking starting at $35 a night, that's nothing to sneeze at. With the gas card, that's a saving of at least $45 a night on rates starting at $119 a night. They also may not need their car once they arrive, since the hotels are within walking distance of some cool spots. More savings!
The package rate is based on availability and does not include taxes or gratuities. The four participating hotels will also throw in an air freshener for good measure. For your car, not for your hotel room. Now only if someone would figure out a way to bring back Full Service at the pump.
