A Studio room inside the Hard Rock San Diego

The Hard Rock San Diego has released details on its guest room selections--the Studios, the Hard Rock Suites and Rock Star Suites.

The hotel, set to open this Fall, will have 420 suites in total--17 loft-like Rock Star Suites, 159 Hard Rock Suites and 244 Studios.

The property's luxurious style and substance will combine a distinctive rock vibe with upscale, contemporary design, state-of-the-art amenities and exceptional customer service, for business and leisure travelers alike.

Can you imagine telling your boss you're staying in the Hard Rock while on your next business trip. Well, that could make sense if you worked in the music biz.

Also inside the hotel will be (as we've previously told you) a lobby lounge and rooftop pool bar by Rande Gerber, a Nobu restaurant, a fourth floor urban garden overlooking the Gaslamp Quarter, a Maryjane's Coffee (heh heh) Shop, a Rock Spa and a Rock Shop.

And in other news, we heard that only the Black-Eyed Peas are the celebrity designers. Initially, Carmen Electra and Ashlee Simpson were onboard to design suites, but that is no more. Guess they realized nobody wants to stay in those kind of rooms.

MORE photos after the jump.
