Cowie, known for creating ambience, has set up the CBar to be a glamorous, chic, elegant yet functional intimate space that features "lavish materials paired with warm ambient lighting." A DJ will spin tunes every night and of course, "no detail is overlooked."
The place serves up specialty concoctions like Coffee Chocolate Shooters, Passion Chili Martinis', Strepe Chepes and Co-Jitos over ice in a champagne flute. There will also be a limited menu available with "Guilty Pleasures" such as caviar sandwiches, rock star burgers made with kobe beef and pommes souffle.

Full-length evening dresses accessorized with gold stilettos and gilded arm cuffs. Hosts in starched, crisp white shirts and navy trousers sporting Audemars Piguet Royal Oak timepieces to ensure your reservation is honored.
