Recently dumped? Consider kick-starting your recovery by spending a few nights at the Hotel Triton, Kimpton's cutesy boutique property in San Francisco.

We were perusing Triton's website and it occurred to us that a few of their specialty rooms and packages, which include a whole eco-friendly floor and an impressive collection of celebrity-themed suites, could be combined to make one hell of a Promises-caliber 3-step relationship rehab program.

So after the jump, we outline our Three Steps To Using The Hotel Triton to Get Over a Bad Break-Up. (Ok so people won't be meeting in church basements to discuss this recovery program but it's better than Dr. Phil.)

MORE

Step 1: Ice Cream
Ok, sad sack: start by dragging your tear-soaked self into the Sweet Suite, a Haagen-Daz-sponsored room that features calming creamy colors, blankets designed to look like waffle cones and, most importantly, a big fat freezer full of delicious pints from which to eat your emotions. Feeling guilty for indulging? A portion of the proceeds goes to the Delancey Street Foundation, so go right ahead pour yourself a pint of beer, too.

Step 2: Chick Flicks
The next night, fly in your best friend to join you in one of Hotel Triton's eco-friendly double rooms and book the Chick Flick package [$559]. Included in the deal are two movie passes, an in-room Rice & Sake hand and foot massage treatment for both of you, dinner at a nearby café and a "selection of celebrity "'Dish' magazines" so you can read about celebrities' breakups, too. Jen Aniston can totally feel your pain.

Step 3: Rebound
By now, you're relaxed, rejuvenated and filled with lots of ice cream, so send your friend packing and go out on the town to meet someone new. Reserve the "Kiss and Tell Package" and bring your new love home to a deluxe room where you two can enjoy long-stem roses, champagne truffles, a brown sugar massage for two and breakfast in bed the next morning....because that won't freak out your Saturday night hookup at all.

Yup, nothing says "no-strings-attached" like roses and couples massages. Eh, maybe skip the package and check into the Kathy Griffin-themed suite instead. What does this have to do with rebounding, you ask? "Dude, did you know there's a Kathy Griffin Suite at my hotel? Yeah, I'm staying in it, too. Wanna see it?" Pickup line of the century, we say.

Prefer alternative methods of mourning and mending your broken heart? You don't have to drug yourself: Hotel Triton features a Jerry Garcia-designed room as well as a Carlos Santa "Black Magic" themed room that can probably offer the desired technicolored trippy effects.
