We've heard about other packages pegged to the upcoming "lucky" date 7/7/07, but the Westin New York Times Square is making the date a little more--not less--affordable. Travelers that book a weekend hotel stay this summer can lock in a lower-than-normal rate if they book before the first Saturday in July.

In addition to a $299-a-night weekend rate, you'll also get a lucky bamboo plant, which depending on how much you like plants is either fun or lame.
