This promise was put to the test on a recent stay when the bar's hostess kindly reorganized the scattershot seating situation to accommodate us, and a trio of our college friends. Five short minutes later, we were sitting outdoors in a comfy corner, awaiting our margaritas with Patrón and talking smack about all the people we used to know.
Sure, the restaurant Gemma has butcher paper hanging in the windows, and, ya, we'd be lying if we said there weren't sleazeball construction dudes banging away at the suites on the top floor, but the patio, and the lobby for that matter, are very chill.
